Kellers Homemade Terms & Conditions
Order Placement:
Orders can be placed at www.kellershomemade.com, Business FB page, or by email at kellershomemade@gmail.com.
Cancelations and Refunds:
Cancelations will be accepted 10 days before scheduled pickup time. A full refund of your deposit will be issued to your original payment method. If your order is canceled in less than 10 days your refund of your deposit will not be issued back.
Cancellations for weddings are accepted 30 days before scheduled pickup/delivery time. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the order is canceled in less than 30 days your 50% deposit will not be refunded. If your order is canceled in less than 2 weeks your full amount will not be refunded to you.
Returns will not be accepted.
Deposits/Payment:
All orders require a 50% deposit upon ordering. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of being sent. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours your order will be automatically canceled. The remainder of the balance must be paid before or on the date of pickup. Failure to pay the remainder on time will result in legal action and possible extra fees. For weddings a 50% deposit of the entire order is required upon ordering, with the balance paid in full 2 weeks before the wedding date. Payments must be paid within 24 hours of the invoice being sent.
Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of your order and could lead to additional collection efforts. Please note that unresolved non-payment may require us to pursue appropriate legal action in accordance with Wisconsin state laws.
Flexibility:
Plans can unfortunately change, and I am here to help you every step of the way. If you need to adjust the date or time, I am more than willing to work with you.
Design Changes:
Design changes and order changes can be changed 48 hours after placing your order. All changes after 48 hours will not be accepted. All changes are subject to availability. Final price may increase.
Pickup/Delivery(damages):
Customers are responsible for a timely pickup of their orders at the agreed upon location and time. Delivery is available for larger orders and weddings with a fee which is dependent on mileage. Delivery is subject to availability.
All baked goods are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves the premises or is delivered. Kellers Homemade LLC is not responsible for any damages occurring on transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport and store your baked goods upon pickup/delivery. Please keep in mind that cupcakes and cakes are very fragile, and damages can occur if not handled properly - such as cracks, bubbles, smudges, bulging, melted frosting etc. Once you or your designated party has picked up your order or has been delivered, it is considered accepted.
Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade or general design will not be accepted after leaving the premises or after delivery. In some instances, you may bring back your order for adjustments, but this is an additional charge.
If the customer is not at the agreed upon location and time, or the order is not picked up at the scheduled time, and I am not able to contact the customer, the order will be taken back to the business or stay at the business location. It will then be the customers responsibility to collect their order. The order will be held for 24 hours from the scheduled and agreed upon time. After 24 hours the order is considered null and void and any deposits or funds paid will not be refunded.
If a third party will be collecting the order on the customer's behalf, the primary customer will need to notify Kellers Homemade LLC prior to pickup/drop off. Kellers Homemade LLC is not responsible for any damages caused by the third party once order is accepted and refunds will not be given.
Kellers Homemade LLC is not responsible for any damages caused by the placement of flowers or any other decorations by another party or florist. Refunds will not be accepted.
Rescheduling:
Requests to reschedule pickup or delivery must be made (specific timeframe) in advance and are subject to availability.
Custom Orders:
Details and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before order confirmation. All orders require a 50% deposit of the entire order at the time of ordering. An invoice of your order containing the total amount, deposit amount, order summary, dates will be sent to your email address that you provide. Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Automatic reminders will be sent to the email provided. After 3 days of the deposit not being paid your order is considered null and void and is considered not accepted. Once deposit is made, the order is considered accepted. If the order deposit is not paid.
In order to secure future dates deposits must be paid at the time the invoice is sent. Kellers Homemade cannot reserve dates without payments made regardless of how far in the future the due date may be. These deposits secure your date.
Allergens:
Kellers Homemade LLC is a home-based business that handles gluten, eggs and dairy. Due to this, customers with allergies will not be catered to. It is the customers responsibility once order is picked up or delivered to inform others with possible allergies. Kellers Homemade LLC is not liable for any allergy related issues after order has been delivered or picked up. Allergies that your baked good could come into contact with include: celery, cereals, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya, sulphur dioxide, sulphites.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
If by some chance I am not able to deliver or make your order due to illness or unforeseen circumstance. You will be informed immediately. If you have a deposit, your deposit will be refunded the day of notification. Depending on your financial institution this could take up to 7-10 business days to show.
Delivery:
Kellers Homemade does offer delivery for a fee, which is dependent on milegae. Delivery is available for weddings and larger orders. Price will be discussed at the time of ordering and included in the invoice.

Publication:
Kellers Homemade LLC respects the privacy of all clients. Customers identity, full names, event and contract details will not be disclosed. Kellers Homemade LLC reserves the right to video and photograph baked goods and use those photos or videos on the business website, social media or other marketing materials. These may include first names. Kellers Homemade LLC also reserves the right to use any photographs for display without compensation to you.
